Effy Healthcare is excited to announce the launch of our Board of Advisors. We introduce Dave Darsch, our new Chairman, and both Bruce Hallowell and John Ireland, our Senior Advisors.
The new Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance to Effy’s Top Management team, supporting the company’s expansion in the US and in the rest of the world.
Dave Darsch has over 35 years of experience in international, high-growth business success. He is a global leader and multicultural business mentor, and has held key roles as CEO, Strategic Advisor, Board Chairman, and VC Investor for global technology firms. Dave has guided organizations towards accelerated revenue growth, successful capital infusions, and outstanding company exits – he has been involved in over 15 successful exit or M&A transactions. By creating strategies for effective global impact, Dave takes companies to the next level of their life cycle, making him the perfect choice to lead the advisory board and support EFFY´s growth strategy
Bruce Hallowell, one of the new Senior Advisors for EFFY, is a Senior Managing Director in the Health Solutions segment with more than 40 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, patient access, medical records, revenue strategies, and patient accounts. He has significant management experience in system strategies and implementations and is a recognized reference for all aspects of the revenue cycle operations and the establishment of Central Business Offices.
As for John Ireland, another healthcare management heavyweight that has been advising EFFY already for a while, has a broad experience in the launch, development and administration of hospital systems across the world. John is actually a globally oriented healthcare leader who creates results and empowers those around him to lead, having run hospital systems in four continents of the world.
